There are several comprehensive online glossaries for assistive technology and telehealth/telemedicine. The following are recommended.

The Family Center on Technology ad Disability Glossary
This glossary is available online, as a Word document, and as a PDF. It also includes many pictures of the assistive technology described.
AT Network Glossary
Developed by the California Foundation for Independent Living Centers under contract with the California Assistive Technology System.
Rehab Tools Glossary
Grouped by the following categories: Communication Aids; Computer Access Aids; Daily Living Aids; Education and Learning Aids; Environmental Aids; Ergonomic Equipment; Hearing and Listening Aids; Mobility and Transportation Aids; Prosthetics and Orthotics; Recreation and Leisure Aids; Seating and Positioning Aids; Vision and Reading Aids; Services.
Telehealth/e-Health Research and Training Program Glossary (University of Calgary)
This glossary has been developed to encompass items that explain technical, research, and evaluation aspects of telehealth.
ATSP Telemedicine Glossary
